摘　　要：全域旅游是旅游业发展的一种新形态,也是旅游城市经济发展的新方向。创建全域旅游省份,带动区域经济发展,实现经济转型具有重大意义。全域旅游自提出以来,全国各地的旅游城市积极响应,备受关注。目前,国内全域旅游理论和实践均处于初步发展阶段,需要不断地进行经验总结并完善。阐述海南省全域旅游的含义和特点,结合海南省现有的旅游资源优势,分析海南省全域旅游发展过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的政策建议。Global Tourism is a new form of tourism development and a new direction of Tourism City economic development.It is of great significance to set up the whole-region tourism provinces,promote the development of regional economy and realize the economic transformation.Since the global tourism has been proposed,the tourism cities all over the country have responded positively and attracted much attention.At present,the domestic theory and practice of global tourism are in the initial stage of development,need to constantly sum up experience and improve.Expounds the meaning and characteris tics of the global tourism in Hainan Province,analyzes the problems existing in the process of the development of the global tourism in Hainan Province,and puts forward some corresponding policy suggestions.
