摘 要:目的:通过课题达成型品管圈活动,推动本院由事后处方点评向处方前置审核的顺利过渡。方法:确定"县级医院处方审核模式的构建"为本期活动主题,遵循PDCA循环,按照课题达成型品管圈的10大步骤来开展本次活动。结果 :活动后,药师平均审方时间由44.8 s下降至28.0 s,全院处方合理率由95%上升至99%,重点科室处方合理率由90%上升至97%;同时还收获了许多无形成果及附加效益。结论 :运用课题达成型品管圈活动,大大提高了审方效率及处方质量,为实现本院处方前置审核排除了障碍。Objective:To promote the smooth transformation from post-prescription review to pre-prescription audit by the activity of project-achieving quality control circle(QCC).Methods:This activity was carried out according to the ten steps in the project-achieving QCC by selecting“the construction of prescription audit mode in county level hospital”as the theme and following the PDCA cycle.Results:The average time for pharmacists to review a prescription was decreased from 44.8 seconds to 28.0 seconds and the rational rate of prescription was increased from 95%to 99%for the whole hospital and from 90%to 97%for the key departments.At the same time,many intangible achievements and additional benefits had been achieved.Conclusion:The efficiency of prescription audit and the quality of prescription are all improved using the project-achieving QCC activity and the obstacles are eliminated for us to realize the pre-prescription audit in our hospital.
