摘  要:目的 :以阳离子交换树脂为载体,采用静态法制备氢溴酸加兰他敏药物树脂,并以乳化溶剂挥干法对其包衣制备缓释微囊。方法 :考察温度、树脂粒径等对载药率的影响,确定最佳工艺;以乳化溶剂挥干法对浸渍处理的载药树脂进行包衣,以释放率为指标,考察丙烯酸树脂用量、温度对包衣的影响,确定包衣工艺。结果与结论 :当加入药物量一定,树脂用量越少、粒径越小和温度越高,交换量越大;考察包衣工艺时,温度越高和丙烯酸树脂用量越少,药物释放越快。最终确定丙烯酸树脂用量7 mg、包衣温度30℃制备的树脂微囊具有明显缓释效果。Objective:Galantamine hydrobromide resinates were prepared by a static method using the cation-exchange resin as a carrier and then the drug resin was coated by emulsion-evaporation method to prepare sustained-release microcapsules.Methods:The effects of temperature,particle size of ion exchange resin and other factors on drug loading rate were investigated to determine the best drug loading process.The impregnated resin was prepared as the sustained-release microcapsules by an emulsion-evaporation method.The effects of the amount of acrylic resin and temperature on the coating were investigated using the release rate as the index to determine the coating process.Results&Conclusion:When the amount of drug added was fixed,the less the resin dosage,the smaller the particle size,the higher the temperature,the greater the exchange volume.When the factors affecting the coating process were investigated,the higher the temperature and the less the amount of acrylic resin,the faster the drug release.It was finally determined that the resin microcapsules prepared with 7 mg of acrylic resin at coating temperature of 30℃had a significant sustained-release effect.
