摘 要:提出了基于理想解法的通用质量特性与性能综合权衡方法。针对每个设计方案,通过QFD技术确定关键技术属性,对参与决策设计方案的关键技术属性进行评价,建立决策矩阵。将决策属性分为成本型属性指标和效益型属性指标,并建立归一化决策矩阵。根据不同属性的权重,建立加权决策矩阵,从而确定正理想方案和负理想方案,然后计算每个参与决策的方案到负理想方案的相对贴近度,从而选择出最优的设计方案。以某型直升机的鱼叉液压系统设计为例,通过梳理鱼叉液压系统研制过程中出现的问题及使用需求,在多种集成化设计方案的基础上,综合考虑技术成熟度、使用迫切性、经济性等因素,利用综合权衡分析的方法,给出各设计方案的对比结果,并选择出了最优的设计方案。最后通过仿真方法验证了所提出的通用质量特性与性能综合权衡方法的正确性和有效性。The general quality characteristics and performance comprehensive tradeoff technology was proposed.The critical technology attribute of each designing program was determined by QFD method and evaluated to develop decision matrix.The decision attribute was divided into cost-type attribute and benefit-type attribute.Then the normalization decision matrix was developed.The weighted decision matrix was developed according to the weight of each decision attribute and the positive ideal scheme and negative ideal scheme could be determined.Harpoon hydraulic system of a certain type helicopter was taken as an example.The existing problem and usage requirement of the harpoon hydraulic system were teased out.The technology maturity,urgent usage and economy of each scheme were considered synthetically.The contrasting result of each design scheme was given and the optimal scheme was selected based on the comprehensive tradeoff method.In the end,the validity and effectiveness of the comprehensive tradeoff technology was verified by simulation method.
