摘  要:通过分析不同硫酸亚锡添加量生极板和熟极板的正极活性物质孔结构,以及循环过程中熟极板孔结构的变化,发现了不同状态下正极活性物质的孔径分布、不同孔径的孔体积占比率与电池容量和容量衰减的关系,认为控制孔径小于0.1μm的孔向孔径3~11μm的孔生长是延长电池寿命的关键。In this paper,the pore structures of the active material in unformed plate and formed plate with different amount of tin sulfate,and the change of formed plate pore structure during the cycle test were analyzed.The pore size distribution of positive active material in different states,the relationships between the pore volume occupancy of different pore size and the battery capacity and the capacity attenuation were found.It was considered that the key factor to delay battery life was to control the growth of pore size from less than 0.1μm to 3~11μm.
