改性凹凸棒土填料在抑菌纸中的应用研究

摘　　要：采用硅烷偶联剂KH550对凹凸棒土(attapulgite,ATP)填料进行改性,再对改性后的ATP负载银离子制备具有抗菌活性的造纸填料。探讨改性ATP载银量的影响因素并对抑菌纸的抑菌性能和物理性能进行评价。结果表明:载银时间、载银温度、硅烷偶联剂KH550用量和硝酸银浓度均对载银量有正向影响,60 min、50℃、硅烷偶联剂用量75%和1 mol·L-1的硝酸银溶液是最合适的载银条件;当填料添加量为10%时,纸张留着率为55.38%,纸张的抗张指数高于空白纸页;抑菌纸对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均呈现出抑菌性能。Silane coupling agent KH550 was used to modify attapulgite filler,and then anion was loaded onto the modified attapulgite to prepare the papermaking filler with antibacterial activity.Exploring the influence factors of silver content in modified attapulgite soil and evaluating the antibacterial and physical properties of antibacterial paper.The results show that:the factors that affect the silver loading are the silver loading time,the silver loading temperature,the amount of silane coupling agent KH550 and the concentration of silver nitrate,the most suitable silver-carrying conditions are 60min,50℃,silane coupling agent KH550 dosage of 75% and 1 mol·L-1 silver nitrate solution;when the filler is added at 10%,the paper retention rate is 55.38%,and at this point,antibacterial paper has antibacterial properties to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.With the increase of attapulgite,the tensile index of the paper increased first and then decreased.
