泾县三种书画用纸润墨性和耐久性的影响因素分析

摘　　要：对泾县生产的两种书画纸(DX-1、DX-2)及一种宣纸(红星牌特净宣)进行了润墨性、纤维特性及其pH、铜价和钙含量的测定和比较,并进行了相关性分析。结果表明:三种纸张的润墨性较为相似,墨迹都近圆形,纵向扩散直径/横向扩散直径比值(LD/TD)都接近于1,但特净宣纸墨迹扩散面积稍小,DX-1墨迹边缘较为粗糙。显微镜下三种纸张纤维形态、纤维长度分布频率较为相似;电镜图片也显示三种纸张的纤维极其相似,但纸张表面涂层的含量、种类明显不同;三种纸张的pH、铜价和钙含量差异显著,pH和铜价的差异则可能影响纸张寿命。相关性分析表明纸张的润墨性与纤维形态、纤维均整性、纸张孔隙度、硬度、pH、钙含量有一定的关系。In this paper,two kinds of painting and calligraphy paper(DX-1,DX-2) and one kind of special pure Xuan paper (Hongxing brand) produced in Jingxian County were determined and compared in terms of the ink wettability,fiber characteristics,pH value,copper price and calcium content,and the correlation among them was also analyzed.The results showed that the ink wettability of the three kinds of paper was good with the LD/TD value close to 1,but the ink diffuse area of special pure Xuan paper was the smallest among the three kinds of paper and the ink dot edge of DX-1 ink was rougher than the others.The fiber morphology and fiber length distribution frequencies of three kinds of paper were similar,and electron microscope pictures also showed that the fibers of the three kinds of paper were very similar.However,the amount and types of coatings on paper surface were different,and the pH and calcium content of three kinds of paper are significantly different which may affect the paper life.The correlation analysis showed that the ink wettability of paper is related to fiber morphology,fiber uniformity,paper porosity,hardness,pH and calcium content.
