一例肺动脉高压合并血胸的护理体会

摘　　要：对一例肺动脉高压合并血胸患者应用急诊护理、氧疗、营养支持及心理等措施,同时予以补液扩容、止血治疗。经积极治疗和综合护理后,患者病情逐渐平稳,胸管引流量减少,血红蛋白无进行性下降,28天后患者好转出院。积极治疗和综合护理可以改善肺动脉高压合并血胸患者的临床症状,提高存活率。Objective By sharing the experience of nursing a patient with pulmonary hypertension combined with hemothorax,we hope to improve the nursing ability of this disease.Methods Emergency nursing,oxygen thera⁃py,nutrition support and psychological care were applied.Fluid replenishment and hemostasis were actively used to reduce the clinical symptoms and improve the survival rate of the patients.Results After active treatment and comprehensive nursing,the patient's condition was gradually stable.The flow of thoracic drainage decreased,and the hemoglobin did not progressively decreased.Conclusion Active treatment and comprehensive nursing can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with pulmonary hypertension combined with hemothorax and im⁃prove survival rates for them.
