多学科协作护理模式对老年糖尿病患者血糖和并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨分析应用多学科协作护理模式对老年糖尿病患者血糖和并发症的影响。方法以2018年7月1日~2019年7月1日我科收治的120例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,将患者分成研究组(n=60,实施多学科协作模式护理)和常规组(n=60,实施常规护理干预),分析两组患者护理情况。结果护理前研究组患者FBG(空腹血糖)、2hFBG(餐后两小时血糖)和HbAIc(糖化血红蛋白)与常规组比较无差异,P>0.05;护理后研究组FBG(空腹血糖)、2hFBG(餐后两小时血糖)和HbAIc(糖化血红蛋白)均低于常规组,P<0.05;研究组高血糖、低血糖、跌倒、肺部感染、局部褥疮等并发症发生率均低于常规组,组间差异P<0.05。结论对老年糖尿病患者应用多学科协作模式护理的效果显著,有利于患者血糖的降低以及并发症的预防,值得临床采纳。Objective To investigate the effects of multi-disciplinary collaborative mode nursing on blood glucose and complications in elderly patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from July 1,2018 to July 1,2019 were enrolled in the study.The patients were divided into the study group(n=60,implementing multidisciplinary collaborative mode nursing)and the regular group(n=60,implementing routine nursing intervention)to analyze the care of the two groups of patients.Result Be⁃fore treatment,there was no difference in FBG(fasting blood glucose),2hFBG(two hours after meal)and HbAIc(glycated hemoglobin)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,FBG(fasting blood glucose),2hFBG(two hours after meal)and HbAIc(glycated hemoglobin)of the study group were lower than the regular group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as hyperglycemia,hypoglycemia,falls,lung infection and local hem⁃orrhoids in the study group was lower than that in the regular group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of multidisciplinary collaborative mode nursing on elderly diabetic patients is significant,which is conducive to the reduc⁃tion of blood glucose and prevention of complications,and is worthy of clinical adoption.
