摘　　要：诸如聂树斌、贾敬龙、雷洋之死法律事件的网络传播效应主要体现在社会情绪传播、"部落化"传播、信息碎片化传播以及商业化传播等方面。法律事件的网络传播对司法活动和法律正义既有负向影响也有正向影响。之所以法律事件网络传播能够干预司法活动,其原因在于:一是司法实践和司法活动本身就必须能够反映真实的民心民情民意;二是我国司法公信力客观上存在下降的事实;三是网络群体极化的压力。为此,维护法律事件网络舆论/舆情传播的正义性,就需要有效减少影响司法公正的媒介审判和舆论审判等行为,鼓励官方主流媒体维护好自身的社会责任与媒体权威和公信力,并努力消除情绪化、部落化、碎片化、网络群体极化以及商业化等网络传播效应的不良影响。The internet communication effect of the legal cases,such as the death of Nie Shubin,Jia Jinglong and Lei Yang,is mainly reflected in social emotion communication,"tribal"communication,information fragmentation communication and commercial communication.The internet communication of legal cases has both negative and positive effects on judicial activities and legal justice.The reason why the internet communication of legal cases can interfere with judicial activities lies in:firstly,the judicial practice and judicial activities themselves must be able to reflect the justice objectively,which people can agree and support;secondly,there is an objective reality that the judicial credibility of our country has declined.And the third one results from the pressure of network group polarization.Therefore,in order to maintain the justice of legal cases which are spread widely in the cyberspace,we need to effectively reduce the media trial and public opinion trial that affect judicial justice,encourage the official media to maintain their own social responsibility,media authority and credibility.And efforts should be made to eliminate the negative effects of network communication effects such as emotionalization,tribalization,fragmentation,network group polarization and commercialization.
