摘  要:为了给水-二乙氧基甲烷共沸物的分离提供数据支撑,探讨了101.3 kPa下303.15,313.15,323.15 K时三元体系水-二乙氧基甲烷-甲基叔丁基醚/甲基异丁基酮的液液相平衡数据。根据实验数据对分配系数和分离因子进行了估算,其值均大于1,表明MTBE和MIBK作为萃取剂具有较好的萃取能力和较高的选择性;使用Othmer-Tobias和Bachman经验方程来检验实验数据的一致性,其线性相关R 2≥0.99;利用NRTL和UNIQUAC热力学模型对实验数据进行关联,相对均方根偏差(RMSD)和平均相对偏差(ARD)均低于0.003,表明NRTL和UNIQUAC都能很好地关联实验数据。In order to provide data support to separate the azeotrope of water and diethoxymethane,the ternary systems of water-diethoxymethane-methyl tert-butyl ether/methyl isobutyl ketone were discussed at 303.15,313.15 and 323.15 K under 101.3 kPa.According to the experimental data,the partition coefficient and separation factor were estimated,and the values were all greater than 1.It indicates that MTBE and MIBK have better extraction ability and higher selectivity as extractant.Othmer-Tobias and Bachman empirical equations were used to test the consistency of experimental data with a linear correlation of R 2≥0.99.The experimental data were correlated by NRTL and UNIQUAC thermodynamic model.The relative root mean square deviation(RMSD)and average relative deviation(ARD)were both lower than 0.003.It indicates that NRTL and UNIQUAC can correlate experimental data well.
