摘 要:为了探究循环流化床气化中不同氧煤比、汽气比对气化炉出口合成气中有效气及氢氧比的影响,以陕西崔木煤矿褐煤为原料,通过循环流化床气化中试装置进行粉煤气化实验。实验时,控制气化炉温度为900—950℃,压力为1.0—1.1MPa,提升管气速为5 m/s。结果表明:氧煤比不变,汽气比增大时,CO、H 2体积分数先增加后减小,汽气比为1.3时CO+H 2体积分数最大;氢氧比先增大后减小,汽气比为1.12时氢氧比最大。汽气比不变,氧煤比增大时,CO、H 2体积分数先增加后减小,氧煤比为0.45时CO+H 2体积分数最大;氢氧比持续减少,氧煤比为0.32时氢氧比最大。氧煤比和汽气比相比较,氧煤比的变化对合成气中CO和H 2的影响更明显。In order to investigate the effect of different oxygen-coal ratio and vapor-gas ratio on available gas and hydrogen-oxygen ratio in the outlet syngas of gasifier,using lignite in Cuimu Coal Mine of Shaanxi Province as raw material,pulverized coal gasification test was carried out through circulating fluidized bed gasification pilot plant.During the test,the temperature of the gasifier was 900-950℃,the pressure was 1.0-1.1 MPa,and the gas velocity of the riser was 5 m/s.The results show that when the ratio of oxygen to coal is unchanged and the ratio of vapor to gas increases,the volume fraction of CO and H 2 increases at first and then decreases,and the volume fraction of CO and H 2 is the largest when the ratio of vapor to gas is 1.3,the ratio of hydrogen to oxygen increases at first and then decreases,and the ratio of vapor to gas is the highest at 1.12.When the ratio of vapor to gas is unchanged,the volume fraction of CO and H 2 increases at first and then decreases with the ratio of oxygen to coal increasing,and the volume fraction of CO and H 2 is the largest at the ratio of oxygen to coal 0.45.The hydrogen-oxygen ratio continuously reduces,the ratio of hydrogen to oxygen is the maximum at the ratio of oxygen to coal 0.32.Compared with vapor-gas ratio,the change of oxygen-coal ratio has more obvious effect on CO and H 2 in syngas.
