摘 要:目的探讨影响疫情一线医务人员焦虑情绪产生的多维因素及改进策略。方法对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间的医务工作者进行问卷调查。结果调查有效问卷1 389份,结果显示,38.7%的医务人员出现焦虑情绪,年轻医务人员、担心感染、是否驰援武汉、同事有无感染、对医院防护措施的满意度、心理疏导需求及压力释放等12个因素对其产生影响。多元逻辑回归分析显示:一线医务人员焦虑与否与其对心理疏导需求的强度高度相关(OR=2.721),是导致医务人员焦虑的关键因素,年轻医务人员更易产生焦虑(OR=2.116)。结论重大疫情期间,一线医务人员的焦虑情绪将对前线参战人员的士气及身心健康产生重要影响,必须高度重视对其心理疏导需求的及时洞悉和了解,特别关注及时消除青年医务人员的身心健康问题,通过合理的轮班制度等管理制度安排,化解连续工作的疲惫感和耗竭感。此外,探索多种有效的手段和办法,不断释放其由于多种原因积累的压力负荷。Objective To explore the multidimensional factors affecting the anxiety of frontline medical staff and the improvement strategies. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out among the medical workers during COVID-19 epidemic period. Results 1 389 valid questionnaires were collected. The results showed that 38.7% of the medical staff had anxiety,which was influenced by 12 factors,including young medical staff,fear of infection,whether to go to Wuhan for help, colleagues’ infection, satisfaction with protective measures of the hospital,needs of psychological counseling and release of pressure. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the anxiety of front-line medical staff was highly correlated with the intensity of their psychological counseling needs(OR=2.721),which was a key factor leading to the anxiety of medical staff. Young medical staff were more likely to have anxiety(OR=2.116). Conclusion During the major epidemic period,the anxiety of front-line medical staff has an effect on the morale and physical and mental health in frontline fighters. Great attention should be paid to insighting and understanding the psychological counseling needs timely, and especially to timely eliminating young staff’s physical and mental health problems,and to eliminating the fatigue and depletion of continuous work through reasonable shift system and other management system arrangement. In addition,a variety of effective means and method should be explored,and its pressure load due to accumulation of a variety of reasons be continually released.
