摘　　要：医联体的迅速开展与实施有利于提升基层医院的诊疗能力和服务水平。但是医联体的发展路径、法律风险等事宜目前并没有明确的政策法规予以规范。尤其是医改背景下,各地医疗机构在实行医联体发展政策探索的同时必须建立健全法律机制,做好法律保障并通过法律研究以规避法律风险。The rapid development and implementation of the medical alliance is conducive to improving the diagnosis and treatment capacity and service level of basic medical institutions. However,the development path and legal risk of the medical alliance are not regulated by clear policies and regulations. Especially under background of medical reform,medical institutions must implement the development policy while establishing a sound legal mechanism,and do a good job of legal protection so as to ensure legal protection and legal research to avoid legal risks.
