集成与敏捷开发在军用光电系统软件开发中的应用

摘　　要：通过研究军用光电系统软件开发过程的现状,分析其在需求不明确、开发周期短等项目中存在的管理流程繁琐、效率较低、不能保证进度的问题。在满足GJB5000A要求的基础上引入集成化管理和敏捷开发方法的思想,提出将整个软件系统作为一个配置项管理,将软件产品作为重点及用户充分参与的软件研制过程模型。By studying the current status of the software development process of military photoelectric system,this paper analyzes the problems of cumbersome management processes,low efficiency,and failure to guarantee progress in certain types of projects,such as projects with unclear requirements and short development cycles.On the basis of meeting the requirements of GJB5000A,the idea of integrated management and agile development is introduced.This paper proposes a software development process model which takes the whole software system as a configuration item management,software product as a focus and full participation of users.
