摘　　要：运用质量管理方法对影响轧盖机废品的各项原因进行分析,寻找关键影响因素,并通过改变铝盖领用方式、改造设备部件等措施,使得每批平均减少22支废品。Using quality management methods to analyze the causes that affect the scrapping of the capping machine,looking for the key influencing factors,and by changing the method of using the aluminum cap and rebuilding the equipment parts,the average reduction of 22 scraps per batch is reduced.
