摘　　要：纯碱是一种重要的化学工业基础原料,其工业制造方法有氨碱法、联碱法和天然碱法,其中国内氨碱法企业有12家,产能已突破10Mt/a,规模效益是行业竞争的一个重要特点。石灰窑是氨碱法纯碱生产的一种主要设备,为了提高产能,通过对石灰窑窑体扩径、给风系统优化。鼓风机增容等综合设备改造,成功地提高了石灰窑的产能。Soda ash is an important basic raw material for the chemical industry.Its industrial manufacturing methods include the ammonia-alkali method,the combined alkali method and the trona method.Among them,there are 12 domestic ammonia-alkali methods enterprises,and the production capacity has exceeded 10 million tons.The scale benefit is An important feature of industry competition.Lime kiln is a major equipment for the production of soda ash by the ammonia-alkali method.In order to increase production capacity,the lime kiln production capacity has been successfully improved through comprehensive equipment transformation such as expansion of the lime kiln body,optimization of the air supply system,and blower capacity expansion.
