摘  要:为了进一步研究铅含量对土壤以及自然生态所带来的影响,现如今,二甲酚橙分光光度法已经广泛地应用于农业产地环境及生态环境检测工作中。基于此,选取二甲酚橙分光光度法,探讨土壤内铅元素的评测方法,而利用分光光度法评测铅含量的实用性较高,执行起来较为便捷,且敏锐性较高,所以将之应用于土壤中铅元素的测定具有很强的现实价值,并进一步研究了铅元素与外部环境的显著相关性。In order to further study the influence of lead content on soil and natural ecology,now,xylenol orange spectrophotometry has been widely used in agricultural production environment and ecological environment detection work.Based on this,this article will select xylenol orange spectrophotometry to discuss the evaluation method of lead in soil,and the use of spectrophotometry to evaluate lead content is more practical,more convenient to execute,and has higher sensitivity Applying it to the determination of lead in soil has strong practical value,and then the author further explains the significant correlation between lead and the external environment.
