摘  要:利用铁屑等固体废弃物对中药制药废水实施预处理干预,并通过检测COD去除率与脱色率去考评预处理效果,分析废水酸碱度、试剂使用量等对以上两项指标形成的影响,以设定最佳预处理工艺条件。研究发现,在偏酸性条件内电解处理效果较优良,若能将入适量过氧化氢(H2O2)有益于优化COD与色度去除效果。预处理中药制药废水的最适宜工艺条件是:废水pH为5.0~6.6,铁屑、H2O2投用量依次是3g、1mL,反应持续35min后,加入0.9m石灰乳并将混合液pH调整至9,在以上工况中,废水COD去除率与脱色率分别达到73.2%、96.1%,且处理期间资金投入较少。Using solid waste such as iron scraps to carry out pretreatment intervention on pharmaceutical wastewater of traditional Chinese medicine,and by testing the COD removal rate and decolorization rate to evaluate the effect of pretreatment,the effects of pH and reagent usage on the formation of the above two indexes were analyzed,so as to set the best pretreatment process conditions.The results show that the electrolysis treatment in the condition of partial acidity is better,and the addition of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)is beneficial to optimize the COD and chroma removal.The most suitable technological conditions for pretreatment of traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical wastewater are:the pH of wastewater is 5.0~6.6,and the dosage of iron chip and H2O2 is 3 g、1ml,in turn should last 35 min,add 0.9 m lime milk and adjust the mixture pH to 9,in the above working conditions,the removal rate and decolorization rate of wastewater reached 73.2%,96.1%,respectively,and less investment during the treatment period.
