摘　　要：2019年4月29日,国家公布重庆(主城区)成功入选“11+5”个“无废城市”建设试点城市或地区之一。本文通过梳理重庆固体废物污染防治基础,提出“无废城市”建设试点重点、难点及预期成果,以期为其他试点城市提供可借鉴、可复制经验。On April 29,2019,the state announced that Chongqing(the main urban area)was successfully selected as one of the“11+5”pilot cities or regions without waste construction.By combing the basis of solid waste pollution prevention and control in Chongqing,this paper puts forward the key points,difficulties and expected results of the“waste free city”construction pilot,in order to provide reference and replicable experience for other pilot cities.
