从楼梯艺术看近代上海花园洋房建筑装饰风格演变

摘　　要：花园洋房作为一种高级的外来居住载体在近代上海曾经风靡一时,随着城市和经济的不断发展,花园洋房在各时期呈现出不同建筑风格。而楼梯作为住宅建筑的重要构件和交通枢纽,其艺术造型既是建筑风格的延续,也是整个居家环境的视觉焦点,其风格演变成为展现近代上海花园住宅发展历程的最佳窗口。文章梳理了近代上海花园洋房的历史变迁和各时期风格特征,对各时期花园住宅楼梯艺术包括形态、材质、图案等方面作出剖析和比较,力求从楼梯装饰风格演变角度来探寻近代上海花园洋房的百年发展轨迹。Being a kind of senior foreign dwellings,garden houses were popular at that time.With the continuous development of urban economy,garden villas present different architectural styles in different periods of time.As important components and transport hub of residential buildings,the staircase not only continues architectural style but also is designed as visual focus of whole living environment,and its style evolution becomes the best window to show the development history of garden houses in modern Shanghai.Based on this,this article combs historical changes and style characteristics in different periods of modern garden villas in Shanghai,then makes further analysis and comparison on the stair art of garden houses including shape,material,pattern etc.,strive to explore a century development track of modern garden houses from the perspective of evolution of stair adornment.
