基于生活圈概念的住区室外环境层级化改造策略

摘　　要：上海市于2016年发布了"15分钟社区生活圈"规划,成为全国首个由政府部门发布的生活圈规划纲领性文件。同时,2018年出台的《城市居住区规划设计标准》(GB50180-2018)对"生活圈"进行了明确定义和划分。因此,文章紧跟城市发展布局政策,以居住区新规范中的生活圈理念为切入点,研究其功能、特点及适用范围,以其理念为契机,探讨其在既有住区室外环境改造中的应用模式,尝试提出基于生活圈概念的住区室外环境品质提升策略,为既有住区的室外环境更新提出新的层级化改造思路与具体实施方案。In 2016,Shanghai released the"15 minute community life circle"plan,which became the first programmatic document of life circle planning issued by the government.At the same time,the standard for planning and design of urban residential areas(GB50180-2018)issued in 2018 clearly defines and divides"life circle".Therefore,this paper closely follows the urban development and layout policy,takes the concept of life circle in the new norms of residential areas as the starting point,studies its functions,characteristics and scope of application,takes the concept as an opportunity,discusses its application mode in the reconstruction of the outdoor environment of existing residential areas,and tries to put forward the strategy of improving the quality of the outdoor environment of residential areas based on the concept of life circle,so as to promote the renewal of the outdoor environment of existing residential areas.A new hierarchical transformation idea and specific implementation plan are put forward.
