摘　　要：经过50年发展,塞尔吉-蓬图瓦兹成为大巴黎重要的创新地区。文章详细分析了其建设经验,引发对我国城郊大学城建设的思考。首先,要根据时代特征调整发展目标,对城市创新主体与创新资源进行积累;其次,城市开发应在不同阶段中采取相应策略,坚持创新目标规划并借力乡镇资源进行建设;最终完成引导城乡人群融合的任务。After 50 years of development,Cergy has become an important innovation area in Greater Paris.This article analyzes its construction experience in detail.First,adjust the development goals according to the needs at that time,and accumulate urban innovation subjects and resources.Then,in different stages,adopt corresponding strategies,adhere to the innovation goal planning and leverage the resources of townships for construction.Finally,guide different groups of people in urban and rural areas for integration.
