摘　　要：高校旧校区的建设往往面临着教学品质提升与土地资源紧缺的矛盾。校园综合体能够高效地利用土地空间、扩展教学功能,是校园更新的重要手段。文章探讨了此类型建筑在功能、空间及形体等方面的特点,提出校园综合体的设计不仅要着眼于校园功能的补充,还要创造具有特色的公共交往空间,为学校的发展增添新的动力。The construction of the old campus in colleges often faces the contradiction between the improvement of teaching quality and the shortage of land resources.The campus compound can make efficient use of the land space and expand the teaching function,which is an important means of campus renewal.This paper discusses the features of this type of building in the aspects of function,space and form.It points out that the design of campus compound should not only focus on the supplement of campus function,but also create a characteristic public communication space to add new impetus to the development of school.
