结合消防需求及商业价值探讨地下商业下沉广场的设计

摘　　要：城市化的快速发展带动了城市商业的蓬勃与兴盛,集商业、餐饮、办公等功能为一体的大型综合体应运而生,地下商业是其中的一种常见业态。为打破地下空间的压抑感,加强地上地下的联系,同时也兼顾消防的需求,下沉广场空间成为地下商业空间中的重要组成部分。文章以城市大型商业综合体的下沉广场为主要研究对象,结合实际项目,浅析下沉广场在消防和商业空间方面的设计和作用。The rapid development of urbanization has led to the prosperity of urban commerce.A large-scale complex integrating commerce,catering,office and other functions has emerged.Underground commerce is one of the common retail formats.In order to break the depression of the underground space,strengthen the connection between the ground and the underground,and also take into account the fire demand,the sunken plaza has became an important part of the underground commercial space.This paper takes the sunken square of a large commercial complex as the main research object,and analyzes the design of sunken square in terms of fire fighting and space experience combined with actual project.
