清热感冒颗粒质量标准提高的研究

摘　　要：目的通过对清热感冒颗粒进行薄层鉴别、含量测定等研究,建立了合理可行的质量控制方法。方法TLC法对紫苏叶、爵床、马鞭草进行定性鉴别。HP LC法测定清热感冒颗粒中迷迭香酸含量。结果薄层色谱中,紫苏叶、爵床、马鞭草中斑点清晰,专属性强。含量测定中,迷迭香酸在0.04136μg^0.4136μg(r=0.9996)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率101.43%(RSD为1.87%)。结论所建立的方法简便、准确,可以有效控制清热感冒颗粒的质量。OBJECTIVE To establish a reasonable and feasible method of quality control by TLC and quantitauive determination of QingRe GanMao granule.METHODS TLC was used to identify Perilla frutescens leaves,Justicia procumbens var.procumbens L.and Verbena officinalis Linn.Quantitative determination of rosmarinic acid in QingRe GanMao granule by HPLC.RESULTS In TLC,the spots in Perilla frutescens leaves,Justicia procu mbens var.procumbens L and Verbena officinalis Linn were clear and specific.Determination of rosmarinic acid showed a good linear range in 0.04136-0.4136μg(r=0.9996),the average recovery rate was 101.43%(RSD=1.87%).CONCLUSION The established method is simple,accurate and can effectively control the quality of QingRe GanMao g ranule.
