摘 要:目的应用数据挖掘技术对门诊药房整合自动发药机的调配效率研究。方法采用Excel、SPSS、SQL等软件对整合自动发药机的海量数据等进行分析、归纳、总结,对影响发药机的调配效率进行查因及改进。结果通过数据挖掘技术在整合自动发药机的分析,提出改进措施后,整合自动发药机的硬件故障问题降低61.68%,高峰期调配处方处理延迟时间从35min降至平均10min,提高了71%,结论在门诊药房整合自动发药机中应用数据挖掘能有效提高发药机调配效率及降低故障问题,减少差错,提高药房服务质量。OBJECTIVE To study the dispensing efficiency of integrated automatic dispenser in outpatient pharmacy by using data mining technology.METHODS Excel,SPSS,SQL and other software were used to analyze and summarize the massive data of automatic dispenser,and to investigate and improve the dispensing efficiency of dispenser.RESULTS Through the analysis of integrated automatic dispenser based on data mining technology,the hardware failure of integrated automatic dispenser was reduced by 61.68%,and the processing delay of dispensing prescription in peak period was reduced from 35 minutes to 10 minutes,which increased by 71%.CONCLUSION The application of data mining in outpatient pharmacy integrated automatic dispenser can effectively improve dispenser dispensing efficiency,reduce malfunction,reduce errors and improve the service quality of pharmacy.
