珠江三角洲高级别马拉松赛事志愿服务体系研究

摘　　要：伴随着人们健康意识的不断提升和全民健身活动的不断深入,路跑运动以其对场地要求不高和技术动作简单等特点逐渐受到大众的青睐。在路跑热的浪潮中,很多城市嗅觉到马拉松赛事的商机和对城市影响力提升的作用,各种"马"纷至沓来。马拉松赛事的成功举办,为来自五湖四海的运动员和观众提供专业化的服务,离不开完善的志愿服务体系。运用文献资料、访谈以及问卷调查等方法,从志愿者的来源和招募、志愿者培训和岗位优化,志愿者激励机制等方面,对珠江三角洲高级别马拉松赛事志愿服务体系进行分析与探讨,以创新马拉松志愿服务体系,为提升我国马拉松赛事志愿服务质量提供建设性意见。With the continuous improvement of people's health consciousness and the continuous deepening of national fitness activities,road running sports have gradually been favored by the public due to their low requirements on the venue and simple technical movements.In the tide of road running,many cities have found the business opportunities of marathon events and their influence on the city,and various marathons are making up.The successful holding of the marathon provides professional services for athletes and spectators from all corners of the world,and it is as essential for the perfect volunteer service system.Using methods such as literature,interviews,and questionnaires,etc.,this study analyzes the volunteer service system of the high-level marathon in the Pearl River Delta from the aspects of source and recruitment of volunteers,volunteer training and job optimization,and volunteer motivation mechanisms,in order to innovate the marathon voluntary service system and provide constructive suggestions for improving the quality of volunteer service in China's marathon.
