摘  要:我国煤矿粉尘危害形势严峻,为有效地实施监管监控,针对煤矿粉尘危害状况、实行分级管理。在前期系统动力学评价方法研究与煤矿粉尘危害系统动力学评价模型研究的基础上,调整末端因素的赋值,分析不同状态下粉尘危害指数变化的规律,描述作业单元控尘水平和接尘群体累积危害效应,将煤矿粉尘危害划分为5级:优、良、中、差及很差。本研究相较以往的分级管理方法更加客观,并能够通过动态的反馈机制找到影响煤矿粉尘危害的关键因素,为煤矿粉尘职业危害的分级管理提供了有效依据。The situation of coal dust hazard is serious in China.In order to effectively implement the supervision and control,the coal dust hazard status is subject to the hierarchical management.In the early stage of the system dynamics research and coal dust hazard evaluation method based on the research of the evaluation model of system dynamics,adjust the factors at the end of the assignment,analysis the rule of dust hazard index change under different condition,describe the operation unit dust control level and the harmful effects of accumulated dust group,coal mine dust hazard is divided into 5 levels:excellent,good,medium,poor and very poor.This study is more objective than the previous hierarchical management method.It can find out the key factors affecting coal dust hazards through the dynamic feedback mechanism,and providing an effective basis for the hierarchical management of coal dust occupational hazards.
