摘　　要：针对曲面重构过程中存在曲面建模难度大、曲面质量差、建模效率低等问题,以点云数据为研究对象,首先研究了点云数据的精简、曲线拟合、曲面拟合等算法和原理。其次,基于Geomagic Design X开发应用平台,针对不同曲面特征的三角面片,提出适合于条状类、回转类、平缓曲面类等不同曲面特征的快速逆向建模方法。从而提高了曲面建模质量、效率和精度,为产品开发设计提供较好的逆向建模思路。In the process of surface reconstruction,there are many problems,such as difficult surface modeling,poor surface quality and low modeling efficiency.Taking point cloud data as the research object,firstly,the algorithms and principles of point cloud data reduction,curve fitting and surface fitting are studied.Secondly,based on the development and application platform of Geomagic Design X,a fast reverse modeling method is proposed for different surface features such as strip,rotation and flat surface.Thereby,the quality,efficiency and accuracy of surface modeling are improved,which provides a good idea of reverse modeling for product development and design.
