摘　　要：单板在批量生产过程中对地短路是常见的焊接故障现象,其查找和定位十分困难。本文介绍了M&S 45短路定位仪的原理和使用技巧,通过该仪器可在不损伤单板的情况下快速定位出单板短路位置。结合一块3.3V电源上有短路的单板,本文给出了详细定位和分析的过程。Short circuit to ground is a common welding fault phenomenon in the process of mass production of single board,which is very difficult to find and locate.This paper introduces the principle and application skills of M&S 45 short circuit location instrument.It can quickly locate the short circuit position of single board without damaging the single board.Combined with a single board with short circuit on a 3.3V power supply,this paper presents the detailed positioning and analysis process.
