中医望诊在临床中的应用

摘　　要：中医认为,根据全息学等理论,可以通过对一些典型映射区域如面部、耳、舌等的观察,判断出相应脏器的健康状况,早期诊断疾病。临床望诊的作用有:初步判断病因病位,排除心脑血管疾病,排除假神及精神心理疾病,排除占位性病变等形质病,望色判断生机与危象。望诊与现代检查手段有机结合,可为临床望诊初步诊断提供依据,同时,也可以通过这些检查进一步指导医者辨证论治水平,提高临床疗效。病证不能确诊时,需进一步四诊合参,如结合脉诊七绝脉及太溪脉、趺阳脉诊法,并结合CT、B超及实验室检查,综合判断病情,从而提高诊断的准确性,为下一步治疗及处理做好准备。According to the theory of holography in TCM,we can judge the health status of the corresponding organs and diagnose the disease early by observing some typical mapping areas such as face,ear and tongue,etc.The functions of clinical inspection are:to preliminarily determine the etiology and disease location,to exclude cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,to exclude false spirit and mental and psychological diseases,to exclude space occupying lesions and other morphological diseases,and to judge vitality and crisis by color.The organic combination of inspection and modern examination can provide the basis for the preliminary diagnosis of clinical inspection.At the same time,these examinations can further guide the doctors′level of differentiation and treatment of symptoms and improve the clinical efficacy.When the disease condition cannot be determined,further correlation of all four examinations is needed,such as pulse diagnosis of Qijue pulse,Taixi pulse and Fuyang pulse,combined with CT,B-ultrasound and laboratory examination,to comprehensively judge the condition,so as to improve the accuracy of diagnosis and prepare for the next step′s treatment.
