金黄散外敷联合柴胡清肝汤口服治疗浆细胞乳腺炎20例

摘　　要：目的:观察金黄散外敷联合柴胡清肝汤治疗浆细胞乳腺炎患者的临床疗效。方法:将40例浆细胞乳腺炎患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各20例。对照组采用金黄散外敷治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上口服柴胡清肝汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后生理功能、情感功能评分变化情况,检测两组患者治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)及白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-6水平。结果:观察组有效率为90.0%,对照组有效率为60.0%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后生理功能、情感功能评分高于本组治疗前,且观察组治疗后高于对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后TNF-α、IL-6水平低于本组治疗前,且观察组治疗后低于对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金黄散外敷联合柴胡清肝汤治疗浆细胞乳腺炎,可降低患者血清TNF-α、IL-6水平,减轻炎症反应,改善机体免疫功能,同时提高患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Golden Yellow Powder for external application in combination with Bupleurum Liver-Clearing Decoction on plasma cell mastitis(PCM).Methods:A total of 40 patients with PCM were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Golden Yellow Powder for external application,while the observation group was treated with Bupleurum Liver-Clearing Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,the changes of physiological function and emotional function scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were detected before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate was 90.0%in the observation group and 60.0%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of physiological function and emotional function in the two groups were higher than those of the same group before the treatment,and the above indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and the above indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treating PCM,Golden Yellow Powder for external application in combination with Bupleurum Liver-Clearing Decoction can reduce the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in serum,relieve the inflammatory reaction,improve the immune function and the quality of life of patients.
