摘　　要：目的:观察益胃汤治疗卵巢储备功能下降的临床疗效。方法:将62例卵巢储备功能下降患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各31例。对照组口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上给予益胃汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后促卵泡激素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)、雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、FSH/黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、窦卵泡计数(antral follicle count,AFC)及卵巢动脉血流[收缩期峰值流速(peak systolic velocity,PSV)抗苗勒管激素(anti mullerian hormon,AMH)及阻力指数(resistance index,RI)]变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后FSH、FSH/LH值低于本组治疗前,且试验组治疗后低于对照组治疗后;两组患者治疗后E2水平高于本组治疗前,且试验组治疗后高于对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后AMH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后AFC、PSV高于本组治疗前,RI值低于本组治疗前,且组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益胃汤治疗卵巢储备功能下降,可有效改善患者激素水平及卵巢血流状况,从而提高卵巢储备功能。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Stomach-Nourishing Decoction on diminished ovarian reserve(DOR).Methods:A total of 62 patients with DOR were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Drospironone Ethinylestradiol Tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Stomach-Nourishing Decoction on the basis of the control group.Then the changes of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),Estradiol(E2),FSH/luteinizing hormone(LH),antral follicle count(AFC),ovarian artery blood flow,including peak systolic velocity(PSV)and anti mullerian hormone(AMH),and resistance index(RI)before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:After the treatment,the FSH and FSH/LH of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and the above indexes of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group;the E2 level of the two groups was higher than that of the same group before the treatment,and the above index of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in AMH between the two groups before and after the treatment(P>0.05).The AFC and PSV of the two groups were higher than those of the same group before the treatment,and the above indexes of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group;the RI value of the two groups was lower than that of the same group before the treatment,and the above index of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treating DOR,Stomach-Nourishing Decoction can effectively improve the hormone level and ovarian blood flow,so as to improve the ovarian reserve function.
