摘　　要：目的:观察桑叶散内服联合五味子、五倍子散外敷治疗小儿虚汗证的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年12月本院儿科门诊治疗的虚汗证患儿60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予五味子、五倍子散外敷治疗,夜敷晨取,治疗组给予桑叶散内服联合五味子、五倍子散外敷。结果:治疗组有效率93.33%,愈显率50.00%,对照组有效率83.33%,愈显率33.33%,两组有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),愈显率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后主要症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桑叶散内服联合五味子、五倍子散外敷治疗小儿虚汗证临床疗效满意,能改善患儿主要症状,且患儿易于接受。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Folium Mori Powder for oral administration in combination with Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis and Galla Chinensis Powder for external application on asthenic sweating syndrome in children.Methods:A total of 60 children with asthenic sweating syndrome treated in the pediatric clinic of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis and Galla Chinensis Powder for external application at night and taken in the next morning,while the treatment group was treated with Folium Mori Powder for oral administration in combination with Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis and Galla Chinensis Powder for external application.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,the good improvement rate was 50.00%;while the effective rate of the control group was 83.33%,the good improvement rate was 33.33%.There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05),while there was significant difference in the good improvement rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The score of main syndromes in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of main syndromes in the treatment group was lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Folium Mori Powder for oral administration in combination with Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis and Galla Chinensis Powder for external application has a satisfactory clinical curative effect on asthenic sweating syndrome in children,can improve the main syndromes of children.Besides,children are easy to accept the therapy.
