宣肺益肾汤联合体针治疗肾气不足型小儿遗尿42例

摘　　要：目的:观察宣肺益肾汤联合体针治疗肾气不足型小儿遗尿的临床效果。方法:选取本院2016年1月至2018年1月门诊接诊的肾气不足型遗尿患儿84例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组患儿给予体针治疗,观察组患儿给予宣肺益肾汤联合体针治疗。观察两组患儿中医证候积分、功能性膀胱容量及膀胱残余尿量变化情况以及临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后功能性膀胱容量大于对照组,膀胱残余尿量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组有效率为90.48%,观察组有效率为97.62%,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿均未见明显不良反应,对照组复发率为4.76%,观察组复发率为2.38%,两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:宣肺益肾汤联合体针治疗肾气不足型小儿遗尿可改善患儿中医证候,促进膀胱功能恢复。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Lung-Diffusing Kidney-Nourishing Decoction in combination with body acupuncture therapy on infantile enuresis with deficiency of kidney qi syndrome.Methods:A total of 42 patients with infantile enuresis with deficiency of kidney qi syndrome treated in Outpatient Department of our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with body acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with Lung-Diffusing Kidney-Nourishing Decoction in combination with body acupuncture therapy.The changes of TCM syndrome score,bladder volume and residual urine volume and the clinical effect of the two groups were observed.Results:The score of TCM syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the functional bladder volume of the observation group was larger than that of the control group,and the residual urine volume of the bladder was lower than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 90.48%in the control group and 97.62%in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant adverse reaction in the two groups.The recurrence rate of the control group was 4.76%,and that of the observation group was 2.38%,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lung-Diffusing Kidney-Nourishing Decoction combined with body acupuncture can improve the syndrome of the patients with deficiency of kidney qi syndrome and promote the recovery of bladder function.
