督脉艾灸箱灸治疗肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察督脉艾灸箱灸治疗肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年9月至2019年6月中山市中医院肾内科门诊治疗的肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予口服柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予督脉艾灸箱灸治疗。结果:观察组有效率92%,对照组有效率84%,观察组高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组显效率52%,对照组显效率26%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组胸廓活动度和Schorber试验评分高于对照组,指地距和枕墙距低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白介素-17、白介素-1β、C反应蛋白和血沉水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:督脉艾灸箱灸治疗肾阳亏虚型强直性脊柱炎可提高疗效,缓解炎性反应,改善患者症状体征及免疫指标。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of moxibustion in GV in moxa box on ankylosing spondylitis(AS)of kidney yang deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 100 patients with(AS)of kidney yang deficiency syndrome treated in the outpatient department of nephrology of Zhongshan Hospital of TCM from September 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Sulfasalazine Enteric-Coated Tablets for oral administration and the observation group was additionally treated with moxibustion in GV in moxa box on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 92%,which was higher than that of the control group:84%,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 52%,which was higher than that of the control group:26%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the thoracic activity and schorber test scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the finger-ground distance and occipital-wall distance were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-17,IL-1β,C-reactive protein and ESR of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treating AS of kidney yang deficiency syndrome,moxibustion in GV in moxa box can improve the curative effect,alleviate the inflammatory reaction,better the symptoms,signs and immune indexes of patients.
