“门十针”治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征肝郁脾虚证44例

摘　　要：目的:观察"门十针"治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(diarrhea-predominant irritable boewl syndrome,IBS-D)肝郁脾虚证的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年10月至2019年5月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八二医院中医科门诊IBS-D患者88例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。观察组给予"门十针"治疗,对照组给予"老十针"治疗。结果:观察组有效率为90.9%,对照组有效率为77.3%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候积分、抑郁积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"门十针"治疗肠易激综合征肝郁脾虚证疗效高于"老十针"治疗,可明显缓解患者临床症状,改善胃肠道功能。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of"gate ten-point acupuncture"on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.Methods:A total of 88 IBS-D patients treated in the outpatient department of TCM of No.982 Hospital of the People′s Liberation Army from October 2017 to May 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with"gate ten-point acupuncture"and the control group was treated with"traditional ten-point acupuncture".Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 90.9%,and that of the control group was 77.3%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TCM syndrome score and depression score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)of liver depression and spleen deficiency type,"gate ten-point acupuncture"has a better efficacy than that of"traditional ten-point acupuncture",can obviously alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the gastrointestinal function of patients.
