摘 要:为掌握嘉陵江出口段浮游生物群落结构及揭示水环境污染状况,对嘉陵江出口段浮游生物种类构成、细胞密度、优势种及浮游生物多样性开展研究,并评价水质状况。结果表明,嘉陵江出口段浮游生物种群丰富,共采集到浮游植物8门57属129种,浮游植物细胞密度在(17.90~21.81)×10^4ind/L之间,均值为19.60×10^4ind/L。Shannon-Weaver多样性指数H’范围为2.55~3.31,均值为2.89。优势种也以硅藻门种类最为常见。浮游动物共发现轮虫类14种,枝角类10种,桡足类8种,浮游动物细胞密度范围在9.68~11.69ind/L之间,均值为10.92 ind/L。Shannon-Weaver多样性指数H’范围为2.07~2.50,均值为2.24。轮虫占比最大,为主要优势种种类。浮游生物优势种生境状况及Shannon-wiener多样性指数值分析表明,嘉陵江出口段水质为中度污染等级。In order to understand the plankton community structure and reveal the pollution status in the outlet area of Jialing River,the plankton species composition,cell density,dominant species,and Shannon-wiener diversity index were analysed and the water quality was evaluated.The results show that a total of 129 species of phytoplankton are collected,belonging to 8 phylum and 57 genus.The cell density of phytoplankton is in the range of 17.90~21.81×10^4 ind/L with the mean value of 19.60×10^4 ind/L.The diversity index is in the range of 2.55~3.31,with the mean value of 2.89.The dominant species are mainly diatoms.A total of 32 species of zooplankton are detected.Among them,the species number of rotifer,cladocera and copepods are 14,10 and 8,respectively.The cell density of zooplankton is in the range of 9.68~11.69 ind/L with the mean value of 10.92 ind/L.The diversity index is in the range of 2.07~2.50,with the mean value of 2.24.The dominant species are mainly rotifers.Habitat status of dominant species of plankton and Shannon-wiener diversity index analysis show that the water quality in the outlet area of Jialing River belong to mesosaprobic zone.
