摘  要:为促进可持续发展,国家提出了固体废弃物"无害化""减量化""资源化"的口号。本文主要对超高温自发热好氧堆肥工艺进行了研究,以吴忠市第二污水处理厂脱水污泥为基础,设计研发一款简易发酵的设备来实现污泥的超高好氧发酵,最终实现污泥削减总量达85%,堆肥结束后,堆肥产品稳定无异味,可达到安全回田的目的,最终实现资源化利用。In order to promote sustainable development, the state has put forward the slogans of "harmless", "reduction" and "resource" of solid waste, based on the dewatered sludge from the second Sewage Treatment in Wuzhong, a simple fermentation device was designed to achieve the ultra-high Aerobic fermentation of sludge. The total amount of sludge was reduced by 85%. After composting, the compost product was stable and odorless, the utility model can achieve the goal of returning farmland safely and finally realize the utilization of resources.
