摘　　要：以红旗H平台涂总装车间作为主要的研究对象,在已知车间整体布局、工艺流程、设备参数等数据的前提下,通过AutoMod仿真软件建立该总装车间的仿真模型,验证总装车间的产能,分析缓存区大小,并给定滑橇数量,.该项目经验对总装车间机械化输送领域类似问题的解决有较高的实际指导意义及应用参考价值.In this paper,the main research object is the general assembly workshop of Hongqi h platform.On the premise of knowing the overall layout,process flow,equipment parameters and other data of the workshop,the simulation model of the general assembly workshop is established by AutoMod simulation software to verify the capacity of the general assembly workshop,analyze the size of the buffer area,and give the number of skids,.The experience of this project has a high practical guiding significance and application reference value for solving similar problems in the field of mechanized transportation in the general assembly workshop.
