摘 要:鉴于大型汽轮发电机组轴系扭振的复杂性,本研究在简化发电机组轴系机械结构的基础上添加了发电机转子绕组,利用Pro/E软件建立了带绕组的完整轴系模型;将已建立的带绕组轴系模型导入ANSYS Workbench软件中,利用有限元法对该模型进行了扭振模态分析;并将其与无绕组模型进行了对比分析,给出了比较详细的建模及仿真步骤,为之后带绕组模型进一步研究打下基础。In view of the complexity of the torsional vibration of the large-scale turbo-generator shafting,our study adds the shafts of other parts of the generator on the basis of simplifying the rotor part of the generator,and the complete shafting model with windings was established by Pro/E software.And then the established shafting model with winding was imported into ANSYS Workbench software,and the torsional vibration modal analysis of the model was performed by using the finite element method.The model was compared with the non-winding model and the detailed modeling and simulation steps are given.It will lay the foundation for the further study of the winding model.
