PLDD联合杜仲腰痛丸及熥敷合剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析经皮激光汽化减压术(percutaneous laser disc decompression,PLDD)联合杜仲腰痛丸及熥敷合剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar dise herniation,LDH)的临床疗效。方法2016年11月至2017年12月,LDH患者60例,按联合疗法不同分为三组,PLDD联合杜仲腰痛丸组(A组);PLDD联合熥敷合剂组(B组);PLDD联合杜仲腰痛丸和熥敷合剂组(C组),每组患者20例。记录不同时间点VAS疼痛评分和治疗后12个月的疗效,分析各组有效性。结果三组治疗前VAS疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后1周,1、3、6和12个月VAS疼痛评分比较,C组显著低于A、B两组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后12个月,A、B和C组治疗有效率比较差异统计学意义(P>0.05),C组优良率达到95.0%,明显高于A、B两组(P<0.05)。结论运用PLDD联合杜仲腰痛丸及熥敷合剂治疗LDH具有明显的临床疗效,具有良好的应用价值。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of joint application of percutaneous lasers disk deompression(PLDD)combined with Duzhong Yaotong Pill and TongFu admixture in treating Lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods Totally 60 patients given combined treatment of PLDD and one or two of Duzhong Yaotong Pill and TongFu admixture from Nov.2016 to Dec.2017 were selected and followed up for data collection.They were divided into three groups(20 cases in each group):Group A(PLDD+Duzhong Yaotong Pill),Group B(PLDD+TongFu admixture) and Group C(PLDD+Duzhong Yaotong Pill+ongFu admixture).The VAS scores at different time points and the clinical efficacy after 1 year were recorded and evaluated,and the effectiveness of each treatment method was analyzed.Results There was no difference in VAS pain scores before the treatment(P>0.05).The VAS scores in Group C was significantly lower than that in group A and B at 1 week,1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months after the treatment and the differences were significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference among the three groups in effective rate 12 months after the treatment(P>0.05),but the excellent rate of Group C reached 95.0%,which was apparently higher than that of Group A and B(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of PLDD combined with spinal balancing manipulation and Duzhong Yaotong pill is effective in treating LDH and has attractive application prospect.
