摘 要:评价城市湖泊水体中典型抗生素的生态风险,可为城市水安全提供依据。以西安市兴庆湖为研究对象,采用液相色谱及串联质谱(RRLC-MS/MS)分析水体中抗生素种类、含量及来源,通过风险熵值法评价抗生素的生态风险,并酶标仪分析抗生素的毒理效应。研究结果表明,兴庆湖中共检测到4大类10种不同的抗生素,其中脱水红霉素含量最高,浓度可达104.89 ng/L;兴庆湖水体中脱水红霉素(风险熵值,RQ=4.8)和氧氟沙星(风险熵值,RQ=7.7)表现高生态风险,其他各类抗生素表现出中低风险;氧氟沙星的浓度对大肠杆菌几乎无影响,而红霉素会引起大肠杆菌的氧化应激反应。西安市兴庆湖水体中抗生素的污染及风险普遍存在,控制抗生素的排放量对城市水安全具有重要的价值。The paper is concerned with the status of antibiotic contamination and their ecological risks in urban lake and provided a basis for urban water ecological protection.The types and contents of antibiotics in Xingqing Lake are analyzed by byrapid resolution liquid chromatography mass spectrometry/tandem mass spectrometry(RRLC-MS/MS),and the ecological risk of antibiotics is evaluated by risk quotients.The results show that a total of 4 categories and 10 different antibiotics are detected in Xingqing Lake.The highest content of antibiotics is ERM-H 2 O(104.89 ng/L),and the lowest content is TMP(1.09ng/L).Based on the joint risk quotients(RQ),the high ecological risk of Xingqing Lake comes mainly from dehydroerythromycin(ETM-H 2 O)and ofloxacin(OFX).The risk assessment of different antibiotics shows that 2 antibiotics belong to the high risk level,that 3 antibiotics belong to the moderate risk level,and that 3 antibiotics belong to the low-risk.According to the toxicity analysis of typical antibiotics,the concentration of OFX in Xingqing Lake has little effect on E.coli,while the ETM could cause the oxidative stress response of E.coli.The risks caused by antibiotics in Xingqing Lake water could no longer be ignored.In the future protection of urban landscape water bodies,it is necessary to strictly control the antibiotics into urban landscape water bodies,especially the antibiotics carried by urban non-point sources.
