摘  要:利用PEG1000-(NH4)2SO4双水相萃取糯玉米芯中黄酮,探讨玉米芯黄酮在两相间的分配趋势,设计单因素试验,并通过正交试验筛选双水相体系最优参数。结果表明,PEG1000质量分数26%、(NH4)2SO4质量分数18%、NaCl添加量3%、pH值4为萃取玉米芯黄酮最佳工艺参数。在此萃取工艺条件下,糯玉米芯黄酮萃取率为97.39%±0.26%。对玉米芯黄酮体外自由基清除效应进行评价表明,黄酮浓度与抗氧化性呈量效关系。Extraction of flavonoids from waxy corncob with PEG1000-(NH4)2SO4 aqueous two-phase system,to study the distribution trend of flavonoids from corncob between two phases.The single factor experiment was designed,and the optimal parameters of the two-phase system were selected by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that,the mass fraction of PEG1000 was 26%,the mass fraction of(NH4)2SO4 was 18%,3%NaCl and pH was 4 in aqueous two-phase system were the optimum technological parameters for extracting flavonoids from corncob.Under the conditions of this extraction process,the extraction rate of flavonoids from waxy corncob was 97.39%±0.26%.The free radical scavenging effect of corncob flavone in vitro was evaluated,there was a dose-effect relationship between flavonoid concentration and antioxidant activity.
