晋西草地长尾仓鼠幼仔的生长发育研究初探

摘　　要：选择晋西草地的长尾仓鼠孕鼠2只,饲养繁育仔鼠8只,测量记录仔鼠从出生直至30日龄的形态变化以及体长、体重(即:体质量,下同)的变化情况。结果表明:8只仔鼠出生平均体长2.31±0.93 cm,平均体质量1.989±0.35g;仔鼠出生5~6 d后陆续长出灰色的毛,7~8 d开始尝试啃咬母鼠掉落在窝中的食物残渣,12~14 d仔鼠陆续睁眼,17~19 d仔鼠尝试啃咬干玉米和小麦粒,并进食花生仁、核桃仁、水果及蔬菜等食物,出生20~23 d仔鼠逐渐独立进食,具备独立生存的能力,但仍会偶尔吸食母乳。仔鼠体长在出生一周内增长最为迅速,体重在出生三周内增长迅速,出生三周左右独立活动和进食。仔鼠可以独立进食和活动后的几天内(出生21d^30 d)体重和体长的增长变化相对趋于平缓。Two pregnant hamsters were selected from the grassland of Western Shanxi Province,and eight offspring were bred.The morphological changes,body length and body weight of the offspring from birth to 30 days old were recorded.The results showed that the average body length was 2.310.93 cm and the average body weight was 1.9890.35 g,and the gray hairs grew gradually after 5-6 days,On the 7th-8th day,they began to bite the food residues dropped in their nests,on the 12th-14th day,the pups opened their eyes,on the 17th-19th day,they tried to bite dry corn and wheat grains,and ate peanut kernel,walnut kernel,fruits and vegetables.On the 20th-23th day,the pups gradually ate independently,with the ability to survive independently,but they still occasionally ate breast milk.The growth of body length is the fastest in the first week of birth,and the growth of body weight is rapid in the three weeks of birth.The pups are independent of activities and eating around the three weeks of birth.The growth of body weight and body length of the young rats tended to be relatively flat within a few days after they were able to eat and move independently(21~30d).
