摘　　要：全域旅游背景下的区域文旅有效融合及产业高质量发展,是新时代供给侧满足人们美好生活的重要改革措施,也是驱动区域产业结构优化和经济社会协调发展的有效途径。滁州市文旅资源较丰富,文旅产业发展速度较快,但产品的文化附加价值不高,文旅深度融合推进不够,整体形象不清晰。必须在基本理念、管理体系、资源场地、产品体系、空间载体等方面进行有机融合。深入挖掘地域文化的旅游资源潜质,创新文旅融合的产品呈现形式,打造高质量且独具特色的文旅精品项目,形成全域全新的文旅产业新业态,让文化旅游产业真正成为可持续发展的战略性支柱产业。Under the background of all-for-one tourism,the effective integration of regional cultural and tourist industries and its high-quality development is not only an important reform measure from the supply side to meet people’s aspiration for a better life in the New Era,but also an effective way to drive the optimization of regional industrial structure and the coordinated development of economy and society.Chuzhou city has abundant cultural and tourist resources,and its cultural and tourist industries develop rather rapidly.But the cultural added value of the products is not on a high level,the integration of cultural and tourist industries needs to deepened,and the overall image of the city is not clear,so organic integration must be carried out in such aspects as basic concept,management system,resources and places,product system,space and carriers,etc.It is necessary to further explore the tourist potential of regional culture,innovate the pattern of presenting the products of cultural and tourist integration,and create high-quality and characteristic cultural and tourist projects,so as to form a new type of cultural and tourist industries in the whole region and make them truly become sustainable strategic pillar industries.
