摘　　要：为满足工业企业原料供应需要求,提升桐梓烟叶市场竞争力,促进桐梓烟叶产业的持续健康发展,通过文献调查、走访座谈、发放调查问卷等形式,深入烟叶站干部职工、烟农、合作社中进行调查研究。结果表明,伴随桐梓县烟叶生产的发展,烤烟种植品种逐步暴露出"良种面积逐年萎缩、劣杂品质多乱杂、良种配套技术措施不当、良种配套管理措施粗犷、市场导向不明显"等问题。造成上述问题的客观原因主要有:品种单一、种植良种收益相对较低、烟草工商对于品种看法各异;主观原因主要有:思想认识不到位、制度执行不到位、督查考核不到位、良种未良收。因此,在品种工作中,一定要杜绝劣杂品种,积极推行良种,收购中一定要体现出与良种内在质量相匹配的价格,在烟区规划、基础设施建设、职业烟农队伍建设3个方面下功夫,形成工作合力。In order to meet the raw material supply requirements of industrial enterprises, improve the market com petitiveness of Tongzi tobacco, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of Tongzi tobacco industry. Through literature survey, interview and discussion, and questionnaire, the investigation was conducted among cad res, workers, farmers and cooperatives of tobacco station.The results show that with the development of tobacco pro duction in Tongzi County, flue-cured tobacco varieties have gradually exposed problems such as "the area of im proved varieties is shrinking year by year, the quality of poor varieties is becoming more and more chaotic, the sup porting technical measures of improved varieties are improper, the supporting management measures of improved va rieties are rough, and the market orientation is not obvious".The main objective reasons for the above problems are: single varieties of improved varieties, relatively low income from planting improved varieties, different views of tobac co industry and Commerce on varieties;the main subjective reasons are:inadequate ideological understanding, inad equate system implementation, inadequate supervision and assessment, and poor collection of improved varieties. Therefore, we must put an end to inferior and miscellaneous varieties, actively promote improved varieties, reflect the price matching the internal quality of improved varieties in the acquisition, and work hard on the "four implementa tion".In addition, to do the variety work well, we need to further strengthen the three aspects of tobacco area plan ning, infrastructure construction, and professional tobacco farmers team building, so as to form a working force.
