摘 要:目的:探讨饲料中添加壳聚糖对淮南麻鸡生产性能和免疫机能的影响,为壳聚糖替代抗生素提供科学依据。方法:选择1日龄淮南麻鸡120只,随机分成2组(A、B组),每组设3个重复,每个重复20只。A组为空白对照组,饲喂基础日粮;B组在基础日粮中添加0.4%壳聚糖,研究壳聚糖对淮南麻鸡生产性能和免疫机能的影响。结果:与A组相比,B组在14、28、42日龄料重比分别降低20.3%、21.8%和22.0%,差异显著(P<0.05)。B组在14日龄体重、日增重、采食量无显著差异性(P>0.05)。在28日龄B组体重、日增重分别提高1.0%和4.0%,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。在42日龄,B组淮南麻鸡体重、日增重分别显著提高14.3%和38.3%(P<0.05)。在56日龄,B组提高淮南麻鸡体重6.8%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。与A组相比,在免疫器官指数方面,在28日龄,B组法氏囊指数、脾脏指数,比A组分别提高58.3%和42.1%,差异显著(P<0.05),胸腺指数下降,差异显著(P<0.05)。在42日龄,法氏囊指数、脾脏指数比A组下降,差异显著(P<0.05),胸腺指数差异不明显(P>0.05)。在56日龄,B组胸腺指数、法氏囊指数分别比A组提高20.0%和29.4%,差异显著(P<0.05);脾脏指数差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:日粮中添加0.4%壳聚糖对淮南麻鸡的生长性能和免疫性能具有一定的促进作用。Objective:Chitosan plays an important role in promoting animal growth,immune performance,and anti⁃oxidant performance.It discusses the effects of chitosan added to feed on the production performance and immune function of Huainan Maji,and studies chitosan instead of antibiotics as livestock and poultry.Growth promoting and immunopotentiating agents are of great significance.Method:120 one day old huai nan ma chicken were randomly di⁃vided into two grouPs(A and B),with three rePlications in each grouP and 20 huai nan ma chicken in each rePlica⁃tion.GrouP A was the blank control grouP fed on basal diet.GrouP B was the test grouP fed on basal diet with 0.4%chitosan to study the effect of chitosan on Production Performance and immune function in huai nan ma chicken.Re⁃sults:Compared with group A,the weight-to-weight ratio of group B decreased by 20.3%,21.8%and 22.0%at 14,28 and 42 days,respectively,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in weight,daily gain and feed intake between group B at 14 days(P>0.05).Body weight and daily gain in group B were increased by 1.0%and 4.0%,respectively,at 28 days of age,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).At 42 days of age,the body weight and daily gain of group B Huainan Ma chickens increased significantly by 14.3%and 38.3%,respectively(P<0.05).At 56 days of age,group B increased the weight of Huainan Ma chicken by 6.8%,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Compared with group A,in the immune organ index,at 28 days of age,the bursal index and spleen index of group B increased by 58.3%and 42.1%,respectively,compared with group A,the difference was significant(P<0.05),and the thymus index decreased.The difference was significant(P<0.05).At 42 days of age,the bursal index and spleen index decreased significantly compared with group A,the difference was significant(P<0.05),and the thymus index was not significantly different(P>0.05).At 56 days of age,the thy⁃mus index and bursal index of group B were increased by 20.0%a
