摘 要:浮石混凝土作为轻骨料混凝土的一种,具有许多优良特性,如:轻质高强、抗裂性好、耐火性好、抗震性能好,同时它还具有较好的综合技术经济效益.因此研究混凝土的耐久性是一项长期且重要的课题和任务.采用RCM法对3种强度的普通混凝土与浮石混凝土对比分析,并通过孔结构试验观察二者的微观差异,结果表明:(1)混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能与其强度成正相关:强度越大,其氯离子迁移系数越小,即抗氯离子渗透性能越强.(2)浮石集料质轻、多孔,其作为粗骨料的混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能劣与普通混凝土.(3)二者的宏观力学与一些微观孔结构参数存在关系。As a kind of lightweight aggregate concrete,pumice concrete has many excellent characteristics.Such as light weight,high strength,good crack resistance,good fire resistance,good seismic performance,at the same time it also has good comprehensive technical and economic benefits.The durability of concrete is directly related to the safety and safe operation life of the structure and directly determines the economic and social benefits of the structure.Therefore,it is a long-term and important task to study the durability of concrete.The RCM method is used to compare and analyze ordinary concrete and pumice concrete with three kinds of strength,and the microscopic difference between them is observed through the pore structure test.The results show that(1)The chloride ion permeability resistance of concrete is positively related to its strength,the greater the strength,the smaller the chloride ion migration coefficient,that is,the stronger the chloride ion permeability resistance.(2)Pumice aggregate is light and porous,and its chloride ion permeability resistance of concrete as coarse aggregate is inferior to that of ordinary concrete.(3)There is a relationship between the macroscopic mechanics and some microscopic pore structure parameters.
